The Uniform shop no longer provides refunds and exchanges as common practice.

Size exchanges will be permitted for items that are not from the same supplier or in the set of sizes that are currently available to view in the sizing stock cupboard (in the hallway located outside the school's reception desk).

Eligibility for a refund or exchange may be allowed in some (rare) cases and will be decided by Uniform Shop Order Manager on a case by case basis.

In the rare cases where a refund is allowed, please note that the credit card fees will be deducted from the total amount refunded as these fees are non-refundable.
