Returns & Exchanges Policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

The Uniform Shop does not provide refunds or exchanges as a common practice.

Size exchanges are permitted for items not from the same supplier or not available in the sizing stock cupboard (located in the hallway outside the school’s reception desk).

Refunds and exchanges are permitted where items do not meet the criteria defined by the Australian Consumer Law, including:

- Acceptable quality
- Fit for purpose
- Matches description
- Matches sample or demonstration model
- Extra promises (express warranties)
- Availability of repairs and spare parts
- Clear title and undisturbed possession

There are no refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. This includes sizing.

In cases where a refund is granted, credit card fees will be deducted from the total amount refunded as these fees are non-refundable.
